Beverly Totty

Beverly Totty is a down to earth, friendly Local real estate broker who never meets a stranger, and this is why much of her business is satisfied customer referrals. Real estate has been the profession of choice for Beverly for 25 years. She believes that real estate is an industry built 100% on relationships. She represents all phases in real estate: selling, buying, building, and renting homes in all of Tennessee and Louisiana. Focusing on the Middle TN area with direct roots in Williamson County, she specializes in residential, new construction, commercial, land, and development. Beverly was raised in south Louisiana where she and her family operated a commercial diving company in the Gulf of Mexico. She is involved in land and lake properties there but has called Tennessee home for 30 + years. Celebrating 25 years of marriage, Beverly and Walt Totty have been building homes in Middle TN area for 25 years. They have wonderful children Kayci, Kayci’s husband John, and William. The family enjoys horseback riding, boating, and traveling. Beverly has been active in her community by serving as Fairview Mayor and in the Fairview Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Chamber, Fairview Action Partnership, Community Housing Partnership Williamson County, and YMCA. John Greer

John has been a realtor since 2011. He enjoys building relationships with his clients while leading them on their journey to find their dream home. His passion is ministering to people and connecting them with their destiny. Having been in ministry since the age of 10, no, that is not a typo; John has spoken to thousands of people all over the world including Europe, Central America, and most recently Asia. John grew up on a farm in the heart of middle Tennessee. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and has never met a golf course he did not like. He has been married to his wife Kayci for four years. They spend most of their time spoiling Genevieve, their 3-year-old Cockapoo. He attended Martin Methodist College on a four-year golf scholarship and vocal scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He continued his education at Lipscomb University where he graduated with a Masters of Accountancy.

Edana Cannon

Edana Cannon was born and raised outside Philadelphia and moved to Fairview, TN in 2007 after living in the Tampa Bay, Fl area for 5 years. She chose Fairview for the love of Bowie Nature Park and the love of her horses, and opened Bowie Park Stables as a boarding facility. She grew up in the real estate world and worked with her mom for several years at ReMax, who is still an active realtor in her 70's. Edana specializes in selling horse farms in Nashville and surrounding areas combining her love for real estate and horses.

Wanda Adkins

Wanda is a great negotiator with ten years of experience in buying and selling residential homes and land. As a professional realtor she aims to please whether buying or selling. She was born and raised in Williamson County, TN, where she still resides. She has an Associates of Science degree with emphasis in psychology. She is married with two wonderful kids. She loves her job as a realtor and looks forward to serving buyers and sellers in Williamson, Maury, Marshall, Hickman, and Dickson counties in the great state of Tennessee!

William Conrad Totty

William Conrad Totty is a Realtor experienced in Williamson county farmland and homes and very knowledgeable about all phases of new construction projects.
